This is equipment intended for the drying of ceramic products, which, due to the natural drying processes, would require a long time for the loss of moisture, until reaching the proper point for firing.
Static Dryer and
Semi - Continuous

Equipment intended to preheat the material to be introduced into the oven. It preheats the material with the heat used from the cooling zone of the oven itself.
The hot air captured from the ovens is injected into the internal channels of the dryer and evenly distributed by the self-traveling circulators inside the chamber.
The moisture released from the ceramic material during drying is extracted from the chamber by a suction exhaust connected to a chimney.
Allows for uniform drying and in a determined time.
Eliminates labor in material handling and investment in drying sheds.
Quick Dryer (Taliscas)
It is designed for drying clay with less than 5% shrinkage. Works with air injection system with higher temperature, a recirculation through exhaust centrifugal and a very high draught, with much higher pressure than conventional dryers.
However, in this process, we do not need self-traveling trolleys and fans, using less physical space inside the ceramic tile.
The drying time is between 1
(one) and 2 (two) hours.
The length and width varies in each project, adapting to the needs of each client.
Rotary Dryer (Clay)
Equipment aimed at drying clay, which will have a moisture content between 20 to 30% input and 5 to 6 % about to leave.
Dryer rotation: 5 to 8 turns per minute, on average.
Dimensions and production are variable according to customer need.

BASE: in I-beam of 10'', this base still accompanies 08 steel track pulleys mounted in grade in rocker system, also the steel pulleys with bearings and covers which will be in grade. It has pulleys to support the cylinder tracks and safety pulleys. The dryer transmission will be attached to the base.
TRANSMISSION: The transmission will be made with a gear and chain with a tensioner system, the gear will be fixed by angle brackets and it will be possible to turn the gear to use the other side of the teeth.
BODY: Constructed of carbon steel sheet, the tracks will be fixed on the body of the dryer. Internal steel plate dryer blades, grade welded at the inlet for tipping the material to be dried.
