Load Automation
It has an input table where the entire process of forming the packages of bricks for loading begins, its structure is manufactured in "U" Beam, the displacement of the packages is through tarpaulins and rollers, it has a stop system with a brake motor to give more precision in the entry of the bricks, taking the material to the organizing table.
The table has profiled straps "C", rollers with a lifting system through pneumatic pistons, where it transports the ready packages to the feeding tower. The tower is responsible for loading the packages of bricks on the shelves of the trolleys, its entire structure is mounted on "U" and "I" Beams, and steel plates.
Its functioning of vertical and horizontal displacement in the loading of bricks is made through geared motors. Alignment of trolleys in front of the Automatism power supply tower, it is made by a Mechanical Pusher system.
For all structure and correct operation, it has an electrical panel composed of PLC, contactors with 24vdc coils and optical spindle sensors.
Discharge Automatism
The unloading tower has its structure in "U" and "I" Beams, steel plates and its vertical and horizontal movement is done through geared motors. The process of unloading the packages of bricks, is done according to the model of shelves of each trolley, in case it is with "brackets" the system unloading is done through rollers, and in case the shelves are made of wood, the "drag" system is used for unloading.
All material is sent to the separator table, which has the function of separating the brick packages, the table structure is made with "U" Beams, and the "C" profile belt system, the rollers have a lifting system with pneumatic pistons. .
It has an exit table that is responsible for transporting the bricks to the package assembly platform for the ovens, it has an electrical control panel composed of PLC, contactors and coils in 24vdc and optical spindle sensors.
