Zucco burners were developed to feed furnaces in the ceramic industry, boilers, auxiliary furnaces for dryers and others, due to their great flexibility and easy installation, we are able to meet the most diverse needs in the firing and drying area.

Biomass Burner
Developed for feeding furnaces, boilers, dryers and other sectors with the same function. Due to the great diversity of installations in the ceramic sector, the equipment has ample flexibility to meet different needs.
Can be used individually or in sets. They can be fed automatically interconnected to a controller - indicator from 0 to 1200°C and 01 (one) type K thermocouple. Sawdust, rice husk, wood chips and other plant residues with adequate granulometry can be used.

Can be used individually or in sets. They can be fed automatically interconnected to a controller - indicator from 0 to 1200°C and 01 (one) type K thermocouple. Sawdust, rice husk, wood chips and other plant residues with adequate granulometry can be used, as well as the burner previously mentioned, with the difference that it is placed on the top of the ovens and not on the sides.

Burner (oil)
Zucco oil burners work according to new fuel air mixing techniques that allow for great combustion stability, high thermal efficiency with low emission of contaminating substances, always assuring its perfect operation.
Its form of construction allows easy access to all components, facilitating periodic maintenance. The same is incorporated in high pressure fans.
